An agreement must be signed and returned to the Licensor within one week from the date of issue.

A security deposit and Venue Charge must be paid upon signing the agreement. Failure to pay the same will be considered to be failing to have reached an agreement by the parties.

No refund or abatement of Venue Charge is allowed notwithstanding that the event ends earlier than the booked event period.

In the case of termination of the agreement by the Licensee, the Licensee may be able to have part of the Venue Charge refunded subject to the number of days of notice given to the Licensor as stipulated in the agreement.

The Licensee is responsible for:

• The application of and obtaining all necessary licenses.

• Taking out and maintaining sufficient insurance coverage that will be detailed on the Agreement.
